Barnes Wellness Center provides DOT medical certification exams for commercial drivers.
Services include:
DOT medical card exams. Blood pressure screening. Urinalysis as required for DOT exam. Medication and medical history review
Sleep apnea, diabetes, cardiac, and neurologic risk review. Driver education and documentation support

Additional testing or documentation review may require additional fees.
